london division undertakes refurbishment in pimlico

R W Armstrong London is delighted to have secured the refurbishment of a period property in Pimlico.

The project, which was secured by way of competitive tender, comprises of the structural reconfiguration of the basement and upper floors, including a new tanking system, mechanical and electrical installation and full fit out package.

This high specification fit out will include an RW Armstrong joinery package, traditional fibrous works, marble installation, new floor finishes and redecoration throughout.

RW Armstrong London is pleased to be working in liaison with Le Lay Architects of Chelsea who are lead designers on the project.
